Kukk Law Office was formed in November 2004 by Erik Kukk. Michelle Kukk joined the practice as an attorney in 2013 after a long and successful engineering career at Duracell. Since the day we began aiding clients with legal issues, it has been the goal of our attorneys to provide superior legal services by focusing on constant client communication and developing our clients’ trust. Kukk Law Office Real Estate practice encompasses the representation of borrowers, lenders, purchasers, sellers, and developers in residential and commercial loan closings and other real estate transactions in Connecticut and New York. Kukk Law Office is capable of handling all matters pertaining to zoning, permitting, land use, and environmental assessment. We also negotiate leases and provide representation in dispute resolution and litigation proceedings for commercial and residential evictions.
